Mr Fogg's Explorer Series with Joff Summerfield

On Monday 4th March, join Mr Fogg as he welcomes Joff Summerfield for an evening of tales from his around the world tour on a Penny Farthing. In July 2006, Joff set out to explore the world, visiting 23 countries and riding 22,000 miles, taking him two and a half years to complete. With his Victorian mode of transport in tow, sit back and listen to how Joff cycled across the world, through Europe, over to China and beyond. His travels have since taken him to South America, where he encountered thieves in Ecuador which left him robbed at gunpoint and more recently completed the first circumnavigation of Iceland on a Penny Farthing, all with just a few tumbles along the way.
