Join Dr James Taylor as he discusses the work of Fougasse, the artist responsible for the iconic propaganda campaign 'Careless Talk Costs Lives'.

Fougasse was the pen name of Cyril Kenneth Bird CBE, a brilliant British cartoonist who donated many of his designs to the government during the Second World War.

Discover highlights of the artist's life and work, and learn about his firm belief in the persuasive power of humour.
