London Urban Edible Insects Farm visit - includes tour, cooking & meal

We farm edible worms and crickets in our back garden and we would like to share with you our experience of running an Urban Edible Insects farm.

Your visit will consist of:

20 minutes presentation; background on the project and environmental benefits of switching to insect protein

20 minutes visit to the shed, where we take a close look at the insects and their lifecycle.

2h 20m for a demo on handling of insects for cooking and the opportunity for you to make guacamole garnished with crickets and assemble your own burger, made by mixing traditional beef mince with mealworms (alternative available if you don't eat beef, but please let us know in advance)

Not suitable for people with seafood, crustaceans and dust mites allergies

Soft drink included - no alcohol to be consumed on the premises
