Cruel - the rock opera

Cruel - The Rock Opera combines rock, classical and religious styles through a combination of different instruments. Beside the voice of the classical organ, rock band and string quartet four vocal soloists give the work a unique texture.

Leaving open the truth between fate and coincidence the theme of the opera subtlety exposes the publics experiences and emotions which are represented by each character fighting with his alter ego. Over these human experiences triumphs the power of the Creator. The work has a message of gratitude and of wanting, helping the people believe in their own predestined dreams.
