British Youth Music Theatre is delighted to present Fight Like A Girl, a bold new musical set against the backdrop of the remarkable rise of women’s boxing.

Shan has been fighting against the world all her life, but she doesn’t know why. Stepping into the boxing ring leads her on a journey that will forever change her destiny and the destinies of others.

Drawing upon real-life accounts from young female boxers Fight Like A Girl fuses musical theatre with the dynamic physicality of boxing. This highly charged drama questions long-held gender and identity stereotypes.
