Join us for the launch of EMERGENCE, an exhibition and events programme presented by the Design School at London College of Communication, UAL exploring the role of design in working towards goals of sustainable production and consumption, biodiversity, inclusiveness, social cohesion and environmental sustainability.

This event will be an opportunity to celebrate the Design School’s work in service, social and sustainable design and to launch the new MA Design for Social Innovation and Sustainable Futures course. There will be talks in the lecture theatre and tours, performances and workshops in the gallery spaces.

The Launch Night will include a Welcome Address from Dr Nicky Ryan, Dean of Design, London College of Communication followed by an introduction to UAL’s new Social Design Institute by Professor Lucy Kimbell and Keynote Presentation from Professor Guy Julier, Aalto University.

Enjoy a drink and explore the work on show.
