We are thrilled to host the globally best-selling author of ‘Born to Run’ and ‘Natural Born Heroes’ Chris McDougall for the launch of his new book: ‘Running with Sherman’.

In true McDougall style, an intimate narrative woven into big themes of human reconnection with nature, in this case, an intimate reveal on the importance of human connection with animals.

We have a special night planned at the Serpentine Pavilion (itself an architectural interpretation of our connection to nature) with Chris and world leading experts on nature and animals to celebrate his wildest adventure yet.

Sherman is a neglected donkey that Chris takes in and brings back to health:

"If Sherman found his way back to life, maybe I had something for him that was even better than a job: a wild adventure that the two of us could tackle together, side by side. But first, we had to keep him alive."

6:30pm for a 7:00pm start on Monday September 30th, Serpentine Pavilion, Hyde Park, London.

Book signings, Blankets, drinks and bags of inspiration in a stunning location.

£25 for a ticket and a book.

PLUS, a chance to run with Mr Born to Run on October 1st. Meet at the Serpentine Pavilion at 8am on October 1st. A circular loop ending up with a hot drink at the lodge café.
