The Skye Bothy Experience

The Skye Bothy is a mobile dining room and bar experience inspired by the produce and landscapes of the Isle of Skye. The Skye Bothy will travel from the Isle of Skye to be at London Cocktail Week from October 9th-13th.

Offering a one of a kind dining experience Scottish based wild chef, Ruaridh Emslie has partnered with Drambuie the Isle of Skye liqueur, to channel his deep understanding of wild cooking. Chef Ruaridh will pair food cooked on an open flame with Drambuie cocktails.

The Skye Bothy experience is the brainchild of Drambuie’s Global Ambassador Freddy May and chef Ruaridh and is inspired by the original bothy, a shelter found in remote mountain locations for those who love the wild outdoors. Freddy and chef Ruaridh explored the Isle of Skye and found private bothies are too small, big, damp or full of sheep, and bothies by The Mountain Bothies Association are not set up for commercial events.

The ticket prince includes several courses and cocktails with non-alcoholic options available. The experience is limited to 12 people a night.
