Turning Earth Leyton Winter Market takes place on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December. More than 70 ceramicists will sell their work directly from the studio in which it was made, and there will be wheel-throwing and handbuilding demos throughout the weekend - with the option for visitors to have a go too. There will also be delicious Vietnamese Street food from Hanoi Ca Phe, glögg (Scandi-inspired mulled wine) and mince pies, and live music from Balkan klezma group Tantz. A charity stall selling donated work will again raise money for charity Help Refugees. After getting their fill of ceramics, shoppers can explore the Argall Ave Open Studios, sampling delicious ales at Neckstamper Brewery, some of the city's finest pastries from Pavilion Bakery, or discover furniture from a range of interesting furniture makers such as creative reclaimers ThinkFOUND and designer A. White Workshop.

Turning Earth Leyton Winter Markets is one of two Christmas selling events from Turning Earth. It will be followed two weeks later by a market at Turning Earth Hoxton on 14/15 December.
