Happy Hormones Day Retreat

This unique day retreat is designed to help you get a better understanding of the hormones in your cycle and how to harness their power.

The day begins with with a gentle flow yoga class. Then a nutrition workshop will focus on supporting hormone balance with nourishing foods. A 2nd workshop will follow, to help you get to grips with menstrual cycle tracking. End the day with the deeply relaxing effects of a therapeutic sound journey to leave you feeling blissed out.
