The wicked fairy Gothel’s magic powers have somehow got tangled and fused into baby princess Rapunzel’s hair.

Gothel must keep the baby hidden away in a secret tower until the hair has grown strong and long enough to get her magic powers back to full intensity....

Eighteen years later the lonely Rapunzel longs for a life outside her tower. Can the lowly village hairdresser Dame Delilah, and her son, with the help of a palace guard and his trusty horse find Rapunzel and rescue her before the fateful day when her beautiful magical hair, along with her life, is cut short?
