The Twerkshop offers an introduction to twerking for beginners where those taking part will break a sweat in the most fun way possible and to learn basic twerk techniques that can be shown off over Christmas, new year, and beyond.

No twerking experience is required and there are no rules, plus all booty sizes are welcome.

- Kneepads (these are a must! There will be a lot of knee stuff so it's for safety)
- Shorts (you can't see how well your butt moves in leggings)
