Grab a buddy, slip on your trainers and run side by side for sight loss in RNIB’s charity fun run with a difference.

Inspired by the way many people with sight loss run, Double Dash gets you and your buddy dashing around London’s Regents Park to complete the 5k fun run tethered together.

Every day, 250 people in the UK start to lose their sight. RNIB is working towards smashing the barriers that still exist in society for blind and partially sighted people. The money raised through taking part in Double Dash will help to achieve this.

Whether you want to take on the 5k as a fitness challenge with friends, or as a fun run with family, Double Dash is open to all.

Sponsorship pledge is £170 per pair, with an entry fee of £20.
