The Piccadilly Chamber Music series is now in its third season and aims to share chamber music with a wider audience, featuring some of London’s very best chamber groups and players. All concerts are hosted by St James’s Church Piccadilly, a spectacular building situated on Piccadilly, designed by the great Sir Christopher Wren. This majestic London landmark, complete with its own outdoor marketplace, boasts a beautiful acoustic and plays host to one of the capital’s most stunning concert Fazioli pianos. Its location offers an enviable choice of bars, restaurants and hotels enabling you to plan the perfect musical experience to share with your loved ones and friends.

The Allegri Quartet, in its 65th year, is Britain's oldest chamber group. Founded in 1953 it has played a key role in the British musical scene, working with many composers including Benjamin Britten, Michael Tippett, and James MacMillan, resulting in new commissions and recordings. Their latest recordings include the Beethoven opus 18 quartets on the Vivat label, receiving a double 5-star review and chamber music disc of the month accolade from the BBC Music Magazine.

Concert pianist and Artistic Director of The Piccadilly Chamber Music Series Warren Mailley-Smith became the first British pianist in 2016 to perform Chopin’s complete works from memory. Described by Classic FM as ‘Stunning” he is currently performing Beethoven’s complete Piano Concertos at St Martin in the Fields with The Piccadilly Sinfonia.
