About this Event
An unusual event inviting participants to pose and to draw within a group. Each participant will be given the opportunity to create their own visuality. The group will be asked to dream and interpret the poser through the process of drawing and imagining. Drawings will be collected into a matrix for the group to consider collectively in a discussion: ‘offering up’ to their thoughts and unconscious works of art.

Activity

Each person is invited to draw and to take turns posing. Miles Coote will facilitate the workshop and social matrix.

History

Miles Coote is a visual artist and has led variations of the Life Drawing Performance Workshop at venues including Tate Britain, MOCA London gallery, UK Universities; in collaborations with artists including Owen Parry, Alun Davies, Dalston Ballet Company and members of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
