A brand-new experience is coming to London; The Openaire Float-in Cinema by Häagen Dazs.

A fleet of 16 eco-boats will provide the seating for up to 128 people at this outdoors cinematic experience upon the Regent’s Canal in September.

Upon arrival, you will captain your self-drive vessel around Little Venice before mooring at Merchant Square to watch Life of Pi.

A giant 6x3m Hi-res LED video screen facing the water will show Life of Pi. High quality audio will be provided via sanitised wireless headphones to ensure an uninterrupted experience.

And if you haven’t found their sea legs yet fear not, there will also be dozens of socially spaced deckchairs along the towpath.

Popcorn and snacks will be available to order via a dedicated app and delivered straight to your boat or deckchair.

To tie in with the Little Venice theme, award winning artisan pasta chef RaviOllie will be setting up a pop-up kitchen on the water’s edge to provide delicious freshly cooked Italian food. You can order without leaving your boat via the app and waiting staff will bring it to you.
