This Online Physical Theatre Course explores the fundamentals of Jacques Lecoq’s Techniques and Physical Theatre. We use Physical Theatre as a tool to expand the possibilities of our bodies and minds. Students are introduced to organic movement exercises, anatomy of movement, embodiment techniques and improvisation, to discover the expressive possibilities of their body and to develop self awareness.
