Covid 19 Information
Customer Guidelines for Village Underground Bar

Please do not enter the venue if you or anyone in your group or household display any symptoms of COVID-19
You will be asked to fill out the NHS track and trace and show proof of this to security before entry.
Maximum of 6 people per booking from no more than 2 households or support bubbles. Any people appearing to be in larger groups will be asked to leave. This is for the safety of our staff, others customers and so that we are in line with Government guidelines.
Do not move the tables. They are laid out with social distancing in mind.
Contact details will be kept for 21 days from your visit. Your details will be securely stored and only used for track and trace
You will need to wear a face mask to enter the building and when not seated at your table. No mask, no entry.
Please use hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities within the venue. Please wash your hands regularly. Our staff will be undertaking regular cleaning throughout opening hours
Please pay by card only
Obey the signage, one-way systems and social distancing rules.
Avoid raising your voice to mitigate risk of transmission. Please be understanding to our staff if you are asked to lower your voice
We may be asked to close at short notice, please be understanding and kind to our staff in these circumstances

ARTIST & EVENT INFO
Join professional artist and life drawing tutor Dan Whiteson (V&A, The Wallace Collection), as he hosts an evening exploring the impact of music and sound on visual expression. Experience a truly free, dynamic approach to the ancient art of life drawing, no matter your artistic ability or experience.

There will be multiple models, plenty of tuition and guidance, an eclectic playlist and a huge range of exercises designed to challenge and inspire, including the unique opportunity to draw from dance.

Limited materials will be provided and sanitised prior to use (please bring additional materials we are not able to provide such as charcoal and chalk.

There will be a fully stocked bar for drinks throughout the event and we have collaborated with Yard Sale Pizza so that you can order freshly baked pizza straight to your table.

There is no photography permitted at this event.

16+ – Each under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The venue and event will be compliant with Covid-19 guidelines, and seating / tables will be socially distanced. We ask if you are booking a group table of 4 or 6 that the group is from a maximum of two households / support bubbles. Face masks are mandatory for the event. Please familiarise yourself with the venue safety guidelines before arrival.
