This London Cocktail Week, Belsazar a premium wine aperitif from Berlin is partnering with the modern restaurant Hicce to bring Londoners Café Belsazar, a cosmopolitan, modern and immersive aperitivo experience.

Located in Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross, Cafe Belsazar at Hicce will be transformed into the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ultimate aperitivo moment with friends, in a stylish setting throughout October.

Café Belsazar brings to London the craftsmanship and uncompromising taste of the full Belsazar offering, which originates from its unique blend of the freedom and informality of Berlin with the traditional and craft spirit of the Baden region. The full range; Belsazar Red, White, Dry and Rosé will feature in a bespoke Belsazar menu, fused with an urban and
modern environment at Hicce. The stand out menu will include a feature London Cocktail Week serve, the delightfully bittersweet ‘Mr. Weiss Guy’. Made with Belsazar White and Suze (gentian based bitter from Switzerland) lengthened with Lixir blood orange & cinnamon tonic for only £6, the ultimate lighter tasting tipple to relax and catch up with friends, paired alongside an exclusive London Cocktail Week dish, a delicious customizable sandwich, to suit any taste buds.

MASTERCLASSES
Alongside a menu of bespoke cocktails and aperitivo dishes (TBC), Belsazar’s brand ambassador Adam McGurk will host a series of immersive masterclasses during London Cocktail Week. Over the four weekends these ticketed masterclasses will start off with a Mr
Weiss Guy welcome cocktail, followed by an exclusive look into how Belsazar wine aperitif is made. Consumers will leave with expert knowledge of how to make the classic cocktails for which Belsazar is the bedrock, including a Negroni, Manhattan and Martini. What’s more there will be a full tasting of the four Belsazar expressions, Belsazar Red, White, Dry and Rosé and guests will leave with a Hicce x Belsazar gift bag, with mini Belsazar bottles.

Tickets for the Belsazar masterclasses are available for just £20 per person from Resy.com.

Masterclasses will accommodate groups of 6 with the following timings:

Saturdays, Sundays and Monday throughout October: 1.00pm - 2.30pm | 3.00pm-4.30pm
