TALOS, the original sci-fi theatre festival of London, the UK, and Europe, is returning to London for the FOURTH time ...and for the first time it's taking place at The Cockpit!
The 2020 festival takes place for 7 days, and features shows that are live on stage, live on Zoom, and sometimes, a mixture of the two!

GENESIS 37

A deadly syndrome has killed 75% of the female population and left the rest barren.
Humanity is on the brink of extinction. There must be a solution.

ALL US GIRLS HAVE BEEN DEAD FOR SO LONG
4 November, 8.30pm

A low-fi sci-fi musical extravaganza. Animal, alien, and actors are caught in an apocalypse – most notably Ecco the Dolphin, who must travel beneath time and space to rescue their missing kin.

CLOUDING BLUE
5 November, 8.30pm
(On Stage)
Queer, sci-fi theatre exploring what might happen if a machine designed to give pleasure became so sophisticated that it developed a desire to receive pleasure itself. (With nudity and sexual content.)

I AM ECHOBORG
6 November, 8.30pm
(Online)
Created afresh by audience conversations with an AI challenging them to agree on the best possible outcome for relations between human and machine. But the AI itself has its own agenda.

AN ICE THING TO SAY
7 November, 8.30pm
(On Stage)
In an Icy land of ruins, a human and a polar bear meet in an encounter of surviving the Anthropocene Era. Using Ice installation, music, movement and puppetry to explore our impact upon nature.

POSTHUMAN MEDITATION
8 November, 6pm
(Online)
A story, an immersive audio drama, and a guided meditation on everything that we are and can be. Join us as we escape from our everyday reality, our human identity and form.
