In this online talk hosted by The National Archives, researcher and writer Angelina Osborne will explore the hidden voices of women in the archives, who campaigned for control over their lives and their families. It will cover how women worked to receive a university education, served the country during wartime, raised awareness of injustices in institutions.
This talk will be presented on Microsoft teams and will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by a 15 minute Q&A. Participants will be emailed an access link 24 hours in advance.
