Stress and anxiety are now at alarming rates in our society, with many of us worried about the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, our jobs and general mental wellbeing. Alarmingly, Anxiety UK now believe that 6 million people suffer with anxiety in the UK, with many millions more suffering around the world.

On 17th February, triyoga will be hosting The Big Breathe with regular TEDx talker, and world renowned expert on anxiety, Max Strom. Max is internationally recognised as a leader in his field, with his method of ‘inner axis’ being regarded as ground-breaking in our understanding of coping with anxiety and stress. His workshop will see participants use movement and breathing patterns to release themselves from their own self-built prisons over the course of his four workshops.
