The Covid-19 crisis has affected people around the world, causing uncertainty and pausing everyday activities. For many, it has led to reflections on the ways we live our lives, what’s most important and how our actions impact others in society. This event considers how social values may have shifted through the Covid-19 crisis, what values we need to live more sustainably, and how these can be put into action.

Hear from live panellists:

- James Cameron – Senior Climate Advisor, Friend of COP26

- Tatheer Fatima – Coordinator, Climate Challenge Fund

- Nancy Hey – Executive Director, What Works Centre for Wellbeing

- Dylan Ngan – Philosophy Undergraduate, University College London

Event will have closed captions. This event is part of the Together for a Fair Climate Future discussion series that Sustainability First is holding in the run-up to the COP26 Climate Conference this November. The series of six open events will explore how action for the climate crisis and social justice can come together as we recover from the pandemic in a way that's fair, innovative, and positive for the environment. We will hear from artists, activists, academics, policymakers, companies, community organisations, and others. Through six engaging events, we hope to develop positive, imaginative visions for social, environmental, and economic wellbeing and identify practical actions for change.

Together, we can work towards a #FairClimateFuture
