Covid 19 Information
In keeping with government guidelines, seating in our auditorium for EXTINCT will be socially distanced and audiences can only attend in groups from the same household or support bubble. Our auditorium has seating banks of 1, 2, 3 and 4, and our booking system will only allow you to purchase all the tickets in a bank of seats. If you cannot find a seating bank of the right size for your selected performance, or you require any help, please contact our Box Office by emailing [email protected], using our web chat or calling 020 8534 0310. Please note that capacity may be increased in line with the government's COVID-19 roadmap, if applicable. All bookers will be made aware if the seating capacity or configuration changes.

Please be aware of the safety measures that will be in place for this production, including wearing face coverings, temperature checks, social distancing, and compulsory track & trace for all audience members over the age of 16. You can find out more on our Welcoming Audiences Back page.

To give bookers maximum flexibility for this production, customers can exchange their ticket without a fee up to 24 hours prior to the event. This is only valid when exchanging to another performance of the same production. If there is a difference in ticket price then you will need to pay the difference.
