Join House of Voga for a free 1-hour session this summer. Head to the Floating Pocket Park on the 17th of August from 6-7pm. For the uninitiated, Voga is a power-posing series of workouts inspired by yoga, vogue, fitness and fashion. Combining the breath-synchronised movement of yoga with the expressive moves of dance, fusing power and strength with attitude and flamboyance. It’s set to an iconic 80s soundtrack with house and balearic beats.
