Back for its nineteenth year, this year’s Great East End Walk follows a circular route and as always celebrates all things East End. Starting at St Joseph’s Hospice, the route takes you through both well-trodden and lesser known parts of London’s East End and on into the City of London before looping back to a heroes’ welcome at the Hospice.
