Covid 19 Information
We are excited to welcome you back to The Museum of Comedy and as we take another cautious step towards returning to normal we would like to say thank you for your continuing support. In line with Government guidance, we are now easing some of the restrictions within our venues whilst continuing to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible.

Temperature checks are in place upon entry and our team will continue to operate an enhanced cleaning regime, which includes additional high touch point cleaning in our venues.

Social distancing is no longer in place however, Staff will continue to wear face coverings unless exempt and we request that customers do the same whilst inside the venue.

Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venue, which we encourage frequent use of during your visit.

We are trialling a cashless box office and bar so please don’t forget your card or pay on Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Customers are no longer be required to "check in" to the NHS track and trace app however, should you test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of being at the venue we request that you let us know asap on [email protected]

The health and well-being of our customers, employees and artists are of utmost importance to us so customers must stay at home if they feel unwell or need to self-isolate. Other party members may still attend unless they are also required to self isolate also or showing any symptoms. If you are unable to attend because of COVID – 19 please contact [email protected] to discuss your options.
