Dewar’s X Truffle London Burger and Ball Event

Dewar’s whisky is set to launch its first burger and highball partnership menu with Truffle London this August.

The Dewar’s X Truffle London menu, available from 19th to 21st of August, will pair delicious truffle and whisky infused burgers with highball cocktails created specially by Mark Low from Mr Lyan Studio and made using Dewar’s new Caribbean Smooth and Ilegal Smooth whiskies.

The limited-edition offerings, where you will be able to get a burger and a highball for just £10, will bring a taste of Mexico and Caribbean to London’s Soho, with the special edition chicken burger and twist on the Truffle London classic having been married perfectly with the refreshing and innovative highballs, each inspired by the different expressions.

Dewar’s latest whiskies bring together the best of two worlds, aging the classic Dewar’s honeyed whisky in exciting casks to create a unique infusion of flavour. Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth is aged in the finest rum casks to create notes of brown sugar and bright tropical fruits and Dewar’s Ilegal Smooth utilises exciting Ilegal mezcal casks to give the whisky a uniquely smoky, punchy flavour and creamy caramel notes.
