Avon’s Virtual Check & Chat for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Only 30% of young women are checking their breasts for signs of breast cancer on a monthly basis. Cancer referrals and wellbeing services have also been halted, in the wake of the pandemic. This has to change.

Please join us at Avon's 'Check & Chat' for Breast Cancer Awareness Month as we hear from women living with cancer, those impacted by the disease and healthcare professionals to understand the importance of checking, how to 'know your normal, and the benefits of beauty and wellbeing post-diagnosis.

Joining us will be Dr. Frankie Jackson-Spence, a prominent expert on cancer clinical trials, and special guests from Avon's charity partners from Look Good Feel Better and CoppaFeel!, including CoppaFeel! founder Kris Hallenga. Our esteemed panel will be coming together for what will be an insightful and informative discussion and will be sharing their experiences.

The guests will also be taking part in a guide to self-checking and providing pointers on various techniques people can use to check themselves at home.
