This mini festival, one of the very last of summer, shakes up the traditional
car boot sale by bringing together a curated edit of the best vintage traders, beautiful classic vehicles, sumptuous street food and a DJs spinning vintage vinyl from a bar in a vintage Routemaster.

A treasure trove for all things vintage, upcycled and repurposed, Classic
Car Boot Sale takes over Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard from 10am to 6pm as it celebrates the best in 20th century culture.

Fun for the whole family, the Classic Car Boot Sale attracts a host of
colourful characters, with many visitors taking the opportunity to spend the day living their 40s, 50s or 60s dream.

The festival's showstopper is undoubtedly the spectacular array of gleaming vintage cars. Blending the old and new, and bringing motoring to the 21st century with sustainable vehicles will be an eye-catching display by London Electric Car Company, showcasing their range of clean and green, repurposed classics. Motorheads can also enjoy a special display of historic and custom bikes, as well as witnessing daily ride-ins by local London mods and rockers.

Curated by design studio HemingwayDesign, Classic Car Boot Sale presents over 100 market stalls of high quality fashion, homeware, art and accessories, making it London’s coolest spot for vintage picks this autumn.

Perfect for fashionistas throughout the decades from thrifty Depoppers to catwalk obsessives, the event puts sustainable shopping at its heart, offering a hand-picked selection of pre-loved, vintage and reworked pieces, as well as upcycled fashion, jewellery and textiles. Visitors can also shop an eclectic selection of prints, artwork, accessories, ceramics, vinyls, collectibles, homewares and designer collections all trading from wow factor classic cars, vans, scooters and motorbikes. Also to feature is a bespoke curated collection on sale from Coal Drops Yard’s very own Boutique by Shelter.

Fashion stylists, theatre wardrobe departments and costume designers from film and TV as well as legends of London’s club culture scene and celebrity fans of vintage style (think rockstar's kids and stylish tv stalwarts) are all in the spotlight during the weekend’s festivities.

Adding to the festival feel is a swinging soundtrack, courtesy of the Routemaster Bar Bus, where live DJs will play a vinyl-only selection of soul, funk, reggae and disco tunes from across the decades. Shoppers can refuel at one of the many delicious street food vendors from authentic Indian dosa to spicy jerk chicken.
