Covid 19 Information
COVID-SAFE – ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
What extra measures do you have in place?
We’ve placed seats at 1 metre intervals and limited our capacity to just 30-40 people per event.
The performers, stage crew and all Space staff will follow strict social distancing and cleanliness protocols.
We are operating a one-way entry system through the building with hand sanitiser at the entrance.
We will not be using paper tickets, instead just requiring audience members to show us their confirmation email (one per booking) either on their phone or via a print-out if that’s easier.
We will also be operating a cashless bar and box office, and only admitting online bookings. There will be no latecomers.
Will I be able to choose where I sit?
No, we will lay out seating to coincide with the bookings made for each event. You should only book tickets for those people you are able to sit next to (are in your bubble). Party members who cannot sit next to you should make a separate booking.
We will ask those at the front of the queue to take the seats furthest from the entrance and only sit in seats that match their party number.
What happens on the day?
When you arrive for your performance, you will be greeted at the door by a member of box office staff (they will be holding a clipboard or an Ipad). If the doors are not yet open (we are looking to have the doors opened earlier than normal) we will ask you to queue outside the building or take a seat in our café/bar.
A member of staff will then take you to the auditorium. We will be taking one party at a time through to the auditorium and getting them seated before admitting the next party, to allow for social distancing between each booking.
The entrance for this performance will be the red doors at the front of the building/the large red doors at the side of the building.
At the end of the show, you will be led out by a member of staff through the large doors at the side of the building. You are then more than welcome to come back in through the bar door to join us for a post-show drink in our socially-distanced bar.

Concerned about his young daughter’s future, filmmaker Damon Gameau travels the world in search of new approaches and solutions to climate change. He meets with innovators and changemakers in many fields to draw on their expertise.

“Gameau defaults to the position of inspiring people rather than alarming or overwhelming them. You leave the film wanting more, not less, of these sorts of productions.” The Guardian
