Celebrate Old Fashioned Week this November with Angel's Envy

American whiskey Angel's Envy has collaborated with Batman-inspired bar Park Row in London, to create a limited edition twist on the world’s favourite cocktail for Old Fashioned Week this November (The Gentle-Man). Available from Friday 5 November for £14 from Park Row, 77 Brewer St, London W1F 9ZN.

The classic Old Fashioned recipe of bourbon, simple syrup and bitters has been reimagined, using ANGEL’S ENVY Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Port Wine Barrels, with its notes of ripe fruits, maple syrup and toasted nuts, a Gonzales Byass Pedro Ximénez and maple syrup nectar and black walnut bitters to finish, before being garnished with a red grape.
