Produced and presented by UWS ltd
General Giuseppe Garibaldi is a hero; the famous and revered ‘freedom fighter’, who unified a fragmented Italy, championed the underdog and those suffering from oppression and disadvantage.Yet whilst he unified a country, he abandoned his family to seek comfort in the arms of other women to fill the void of losing his beloved wife Anita. Watching over his father’s actions, his son Menotti craves love and acknowledgement.
