Tamdhu x Brindisa: Whisky & Jamón Ibérico Tasting Event

The intimate and immersive tasting experiences promise to bring the craft and hospitality of Spain and Speyside to the centre of London.

On the night, Tamdhu brand ambassador, Gordon Dundas, will lead the whisky tasting, pouring drams of Tamdhu’s latest release - Quercus Alba Distinction. It's a whisky that celebrates the unmistakable characteristics of first-fill American Oak sherry cask maturation and it's the perfect partner to the rich, umami notes from jamón ibérico.

James Robinson, Brindisa’s product expert, will discuss the complexities of four unique jamón ibérico products from the Iberian Peninsula: Guijuelo, Dehesa de Extremadura, Jabugo, and Los Pedroches.

James and Gordon will compare and contrast the tasting notes of the whisky and jamón, touching on the craft behind both of these exceptional products.
