Covid 19 Information
We want everyone at VAULT Festival to feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. We know that everyone has different levels of comfort so we’ve outlined below the steps we’re taking to keep everyone safe and having a good time.

Your Booking
Contactless Tickets

We’ll email you a lovely E-ticket when you book. This doesn’t need to be printed and can be shown to our team on any smart device. Your E-ticket will be sent to the email address you’ve provided (check your junk if you can’t see it) and can also be downloaded when you log in to your VAULT Festival account and view your order history.

Test and Trace

We’ll ask for your contact details when you’re booking your tickets so that we’re able to provide them to the NHS Test and Trace team should we be asked.

Booking with Confidence

You can purchase tickets with confidence knowing that if we have to cancel a show due to Covid-restrictions we’ll refund you, credit your account, or exchange your ticket for a rescheduled date – whichever you choose. You’ll also have the option to donate the value of your ticket to the affected artist and festival should you wish to.

Ticket Exchanges

If you can’t attend the performance because you have to isolate, just let us know and we’ll be happy to turn your ticket into credit to be used for one of our future shows.

Flexi-Tickets

If flexibility is important to you, you can turn your tickets into “flexi-tickets” during the checkout which means you can alter your booking to another performance of the same show for free, no matter what the reason, just by contacting our Box Office team.

Feeling Unwell?

Please don’t come if you’re feeling unwell. Drop our Box Office team a call or an email and we’ll help sort you out with credit in your account, or exchange your ticket for another date – whichever you prefer.

Box Office

Don’t fancy booking online? No problem! You can call our Box Office on 020 8050 9241. Lines are open Monday – Friday, 11am to 2pm.

Your Visit
Being Kind

Being kind to our team and one another is exactly what we all need right now. We appreciate you.

Finding Our Venues

We have 12 different venues across Waterloo – the email you’ll receive with your lovely E-ticket will have the address of your venue and you can head straight there. Some of these may be different addresses to where you’ve been before so please check your E-ticket before setting off.

Timed Entry

We’re staggering audience arrival times to prevent bunching up at the entrance and allow time for additional security checks and measures. The email with your E-ticket will have your arrival time in it.

NHS Covid Pass

You’ll need to show an NHS Covid Pass to get into our venues. The pass can show your double vaccination, a Lateral Flow Test taken & uploaded to the NHS App within 48 hours, or that you’ve had Covid-19 in the last 6 months. The choice is yours and as we think Gandalf once said; YOU SHALL PASS!

Ventilation

We’ve added and improved ventilation in all of our public spaces and venues so they’re all feeling FRESH!

Face Coverings

We would love it if you wore a face covering during your visit to the Festival, to help protect our artists, staff, and each other. We’ll love you if you’re exempt too.

Sanitising Stations

We have sanitising stations, with lovely alcogel positioned all around our venues for your delight, convenience, and usage.

Distancing

Everyone has different levels of comfortable. We’ve changed how we’re doing things this year to reduce crowding, please help us by respecting people’s space too.

Cashless Payments

We’re a cashless festival – we’ll take all Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

QR Codes

There’ll be lots of QR codes up and about: on flyers & posters for shows so you can hop directly to the booking page for that show, and as a way to order your drinks & food. All of these things can be done in person too if you’d prefer.

Ordering Drinks

You can either order your lovely food and drinks at one of our lovely bars with one of our lovely staff, or you can order directly from your lovely table. The choice is yours.

Regular Cleaning

We’ve got an enhanced and rigorous (lovely) cleaning system in place to make sure you’re as safe as possible during your visit.

Got any questions?
