Join us at the much-awaited Novikov Mayfair Christmas Market 2023, a spectacular event that will take place on November 23rd (Thursday), 24th (Friday), and 25th (Saturday). This will be our eighth consecutive year hosting this joyful extravaganza, and it's already generating immense excitement and support from both visitors and the community alike.

At Novikov Restaurant & Bar, we take care of all the market organization in the heart of Mayfair, making it effortless for stallholders to focus on showcasing their exceptional products. We extensively promote the market to our guests through various channels, including flyers, email newsletters to our substantial 68,000-strong database, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, boasting over 92,000 followers. As an added benefit, we handle all the food and drink sales at the market, while handpicking other esteemed companies to participate as stallholders.

Participating stallholders will have a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse audience, including our regular restaurant guests, their friends, families, local residents, and prestigious businesses surrounding Mayfair Place, Stratton Street, and Berkeley Street. Additionally, the market attracts a significant pedestrian footfall in and around Green Park, providing even broader exposure for your offerings.

Novikov Restaurant will have a number of stalls offering a selection of seasonal dishes, laced with deliciousness and fun. We will have a Louis Roederer Champagne Ice bar to wet the whistle and recharge, and of course stalls selling mulled wine and that reminiscent scent of Christmas. Throughout the three-day event, we have a range of entertaining activities planned, including performances by carol singers, roving minstrels, DJs, Santa Claus, and even live reindeer (relax, they won't be performing). It promises to be a merry and magical celebration for all!

We offer two stall sizes. A 3m wide stall or a 1.5m wide stall (effectively a 3m wide stall shared between two people). The stalls will have lighting and some power for you to charge your phone or plug in any addition lighting. They are covered and will remain in place for the three days. Overnight Thursday and Friday we have security patrolling the street though we can provide no guarantee or insurance against any theft (we have not had any issues thus far). The pitch fee will include the stand set up and dismantling, rubbish removal, generators for electricity, festive lighting, seasonal decorations, promotional activities, stewards, security etc.

We are also delighted to share that a percentage of the profits will be donated to the SkyWay charity, an organization dedicated to supporting at-risk youth on the fringes of society. On the final day, we kindly request your contribution to this noble cause. Plus, don't miss the chance to participate in our raffle, where additional funds will be raised for this outstanding charity.
