TT Celebrates National Paloma Day

Another day, another excuse for a cocktail! With the Paloma fast becoming one of London’s favourite cocktails, TT is showing some appreciation for National Paloma Day on Wednesday 22nd May. The special Latin-inspired Cantina menu is also available every Wednesday and Thursday in May.

The special menu features TT’s luxurious take on the Paloma. No Dove, No Love is a marriage of the Paloma and the Sgroppino. A generous scoop of in-house made tequila and grapefruit sorbet is topped with bubbly prosecco. An indulgent way to enjoy this much-loved cocktail.

The menu includes the classic Paloma too of course. A refreshing highball made with Patrón Tequila, fresh grapefruit, lime, honey syrup and pink grapefruit soda. An alcohol-free version is also available. The Cantina menu is available across TT in the basement bar, rooftop and ground floor restaurant.

Park yourself in TT’s newly renovated ground floor restaurant and you’ll be treated to a world groove soundtrack curated by Santiago Morales with DJs spinning vinyl.

Soak up the tequila with TT’s take on the Cubano sandwich; thick cut smoked ham, fior di latte, Dijon mustard and pickles are loaded into a soft white Cuban roll then toasted in a press. Or try classic Latin American snack, Tostones which are thinly sliced fried green plantain served with a guacamole crema.
