Pan-Indian restaurant and cocktail bar Carom will be transformed this summer 2012 into a vibrant and exotic Indian Summer Garden throughout the warmer months.

Located in the heart of bustling Soho, at 100 Wardour Street, the Indian Summer Garden will pop-up inside the restaurant atrium, so even if there’s a monsoon outside, guests can relax in their tropical surroundings.

Colourful flower garlands and huge terracotta pots overflowing with native Indian plant life will complement jewel toned interiors with intricate lanterns, vibrant cushions, floating candles, richly textured throws, multi-coloured bamboo and beading adorning the garden.

Guests will be able to luxuriate under tall palm trees, in an ambience evocative of the days of the Raj, while enjoying inspired pan-Indian snacks and dishes created by Carom’s acclaimed Executive Chef, Balaji Balachander. The menu will include some summer barbeque specials launched for the Garden, such as an Indian Burger served with a selection of Homemade Chutneys & Spiced Fries.

Exotic drinks will be offered from the Carom Cocktail List, such as the Maharaja Fizz, a delicious blend of homemade saffron syrup, rosewater and Prosecco or the floral inspired Lychee & Rose Petal Martini.

Carom is a vibrant and buzzing contemporary Indian restaurant from D&D London, serving authentic and casual sharing dishes at affordable prices, as well as a unique menu of cocktails using spices and exotic ingredients. The restaurant and bar are open both day and night, with DJs playing from 9pm from Wednesday to Saturday evenings.

Events in The Indian Summer Garden:

Wimbledon (25th June – 8th July) - all of the tennis matches will be screened live in the Indian Summer Garden and space can be pre-booked. Carom will be serving a twist on traditional Wimbledon fare with their Maharajah Fizz cocktail and Strawberries with Chilli Chocolate & Cream
