In support of English Wine Week which runs from 2nd – 10th June, Le Metro Wine Bar and Bistro, located perfectly between Harrods and Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge, will be introducing three carefully selected bottles to its concise wine list for June and July. The new additions comprise of light and refreshing wines, specifically chosen for the summer months, and include Nytimber sparkling wine from Sussex, and Three Choirs, Coleridge Hill from Gloucestershire.

Le Metro will be celebrating the “Best of British” throughout June and July, getting into the spirit of the summer of sport and Queen’s Jubilee:

The drinks menu will include English wines, English beer, cider and mead

The cocktail ‘special’ of the month will be the English Mojito

Afternoon Tea, available daily, will be served with a glass of sparkling English wine for £18.95

The daily specials will include traditional English small bites – classics such as sausage and mash, or fish and chips, are already featured on the menu

Le Metro wine bar & bistro is located below the acclaimed Levin Hotel, and offers a mix of comfortable banquette seating, tables and chairs, and stools at the bar. It is open daily from breakfast at 7.30 until late, and offers anything from a juice, coffee or glass of wine to a full meal.
