Combine your salutations with fundraising this summer, as the roof terrace at One New Change is transformed into an outdoor yoga studio for one morning only.

One New Change has joined forces with neighbours Blue Cow Yoga – the City of London’s first dedicated yoga studio – to host two exclusive classes on its stunning roof terrace, overlooking the spectacular dome of St Paul’s Cathedral, to raise money for The Prince’s Trust.

Forget military fitness in the park or pounding the pavements on your weekly run – up to fifty fitness fans can take the trend for outdoor exercise to new heights by taking in the sights of the London skyline during this one-of-a-kind yoga session.

In an entirely new take on retail therapy, the classes at the City of London’s landmark shopping and leisure destination are a truly one-off opportunity to align your chakras in the open air, right in the heart of the historic City.

Enthusiastic yogis will love the energising ashtanga class, but you don’t need to know your lotus from your downward dog to take part – the tranquil flow class is a perfect place to start for beginners. There are just 50 spaces available – 25 for each class – so don’t meditate on it for too long!

To help you stay relaxed and refreshed after your session, the team at Wasabi will be giving away a free frozen yogurt to everyone who attends on the day and yogis will also be treated to free skincare products by Balance Me.

To register, simply visit www.onenewchange.com to book your place for either the ‘energising’ or ‘tranquil’ class.

You’ll be asked for a suggested donation of £10 on the day for The Prince’s Trust, One New Change’s charitable partner. Both classes start at 11.00am and last for one hour and yoga mats will be provided.

Yoga on the Roof is the third event in the successful Sundays in the City series of unique activities taking place at One New Change this summer. Look out for more eye-catching experiences at www.onenewchange.com/weekends
