Global Feast

The Global Feast 2012 is an olympic dining experience moving through a different world cuisine for 20 consecutive nights. Sat around a huge table shaped like the world, 80 diners each night will sit on its oceans and dine off its coastlines, illuminated by its cities and enshadowed by its mountains.

Curated by Kerstin Rodgers, of the Underground Restaurant an array of Britain’s top restaurant and supper club cooks have signed up to cook their signature dishes, with the likes of Martin Morales of Ceviche and Anna Hansen of The Modern Pantry taking turns to prepare a night’s four course banquet. Diners can also expect entertainment with singers, bands, cabaret and film planned for some of the nights.
