Artesian - named after the 360ft deep artesian well under the hotel – offers all day dining as well as a fantastic list of cocktails and specializes in rum, with exclusive new rum cocktails designed especially for the opening. Even the ice is special - through the very latest technology, Artesian’s ice is purer, colder and with a higher density, to make the ice last longer and the cocktails colder - and more potent.
