Nationwide Building Society

I went in Nationwide Building Society in Kilburn, It’s a bit busy but I just want to comment a nice compliment to the staffs , their name are:
ELVIRA, PATSY, SHANTAE and LIAM who assisted me
They are very nice staffs, approachable, helpful and kind. We need to understand if it’s slow because they need to check it properly. I hope everything will be ok.

This branch was terrible. I have never dealt with a nastier staff. Arif Uuddin one of the members said, I plan to call the police and threatened a customer. Than he proceeded to say, that's not a threat. Nasty man, nasty staff and nasty street. The staff don't speak clear English as well. AVOID!

Nationwide Kilburn has I feel had too many staff cuts yes when you actually get to service till all staff very polite.
I am very upset that numbers seem to have been cut I don see why in London we all should be expected to queue. I have visited at differing times and am disgruntled to see only two people on the tills and often the self tiller/self serve machines at least one is faulty.
I have lived in many cities outside London and service clerks seem to be in higher numbers! It seems in London that you are destined to remain in long queues no wonder life is so stressfull in the big smoke companies want to pull their fingers out and employ enough staff for the miliions of people that live in london !
