Went in to rectify a problem - left my mobile number and wasa told someone would call me back, they fialed to do so. I returned the following day to find out why no one had called me back and had the originalm problem with the account been fixed - left my number AGAIN - gave explicit instructions that i wanted a call back, surprise surprise, no call back. Have to return for a third time. Will not be recommebding Abbey to anyone, steer clear - they are hopless, especially the moorgate branch.
