I totaly agree with the comment above. Barclays are currently refurbishing lots of their branches but have forgotten to tell their customers. Banking with Barclays is a frustrating business at this present time since they are not making it easy to access my own money and experience with the call centers has not enhanced my overall opinion ;-(

It is a shame in this day and age that institutions such as Barclays dont adertise, there opening hours. We all know how long it takes to get through to there call centre in India, but to know a basic requirement such as there opening hours is very unprofessional when its never displayed. The most common reason to luck up a directory on the web is to determine weather I can use there branch for business on any given day.
