would not recommend this bank as no-one pick up the phone at king st branch London, calls are diverted to call centre in India, who say someone will call back in 72 hours, 2 weeks later no call back.called again, call diverted to Indian call centre who say you will be given high priority and someone will call next day, again nothing!!!!! even the supervisors promise someone from London branch will call back, but were unaware that i was 'priority 2 times'!!!!!

This bank cannot be contacted directly and takes up to 2 days to contact a customer by phone. They keep changing rules on
sending money overseas and are slow at that
