I am apauled at the service I have received here! Every time I visit the branch I have to wait about 45 minutes in a queue. They have four windows but only two people are on them at one time, whilst other colleges are chatting behind the desk. The set up of the branch is also very cramped and claustrophobic, queues often double up and prevent people from entering the store of being able to chat to those behind the counter. When in the queue many people have commented on their dissatisfaction of service. I urge those to write reviews of their experiences and to use the Whitechapel branch.

I just want to thank the lady that assist mee at this branch for spend so much time trying to solve an old issue I had.
