The office in chingford mount undermines their overall service. We were stranded one night and could not order a cab from there because the operator over the intercom was in audible and refused to answer the buzzer when we continued to ring to continue our request. I then rang to complain and the operator who is usually polite became dismissive and aggressive. I wish Advance could deal with customer greviances and complaints with the same enthusiasm and professional conduct administered to take bookings. We have used them for years at least twice weekly.

We use alot of cabs every week, my god it was hard to find a nice Reliable cab firm in the area. FINALLY we were given the number of Advance Cars by our friend. Advance Cars was the company we had been looking for in the area.
There are very reliable,Cheap,and Drivers are very helpful and the staff in the office are very professional. I would recommend them any day to ANYONE, and they have multiple office so where ever we are we can get picked by ADVANCE CARS.
They are also open 24/7 365 days a year.
"PLEASE DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT TRY THEM AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF"
they turely give highest levels of service.and we would like to say THANK YOU TO ADVANCE CARS...
