Avoid this cab service. The dispatcher is the only reason I gave 1 star. His customer service is excellent. The driver, however, was a huge disappointment. He first went to my destination instead of my pick up point (they sent me the confirmation text so I know they had the right info) and apparently that was my fault. He hung up on me. When he arrived I was waiting outside of Tesco in Harlesden, right at the entrance. He said he couldn't see me (which was a lie because I was looking right at him while he was talking to me on the phone. He then began to swear and give me abuse.
The customer service is horrible and drastic improvement is needed. However, as I stated, the dispatcher was friendly and professional.
I have always had a thing about using and taking cabs. Minicabs were never my number one choice I would rather take public transport than cabs. Over the last few months that has change and that's due to Harlesden Minicabs. Their drivers are always friendly and welcoming. I book cabs mainly in the morning or weekends and they have never let me down on different occasions. The cars may be a few minutes later but that understandable. Due to this cab firm am always on time for work. Which was always a problem before, I wouldn't recommend no other firm. Fantastic service
Fantastic service, had an appointment and my train was delayed so I had no choice but to call a taxi. driver was very prompt and very friendly. Highly recommend.
I use to use this company alot when i was late from work, going out, etc 5 years ago. I have to say they never turned up on time as they promised but hey, they were the closest to me (next street, 3 minutes walk).. In the past year any time I call them in the morning, they never ever have any cab available and the one which did was 20 min late.The lady who pics up the phone is rude too. So off i go, never will waste my minutes to even phone them again as it is pointless and boring to hear the same thing all over. Their management is beyond acceptable with the mistakes they do.
I have been using this taxi service since I was 16. I get this regularly to work and always have a nice driver 95% of the time. This morning, 4th June, I ask the cab driver if he can tell me how much my journey would be, he then calls the office and the lady says £15, which I don't mind paying but I normally pay £12-£13, I have never been charged £15. Cab driver then tells me that's not true as the lady has been there for yrs and I must be using another cab comp, he then reminds me where I got the cab from, I am aware where! I then ask can we go a different way and he tells me no! Really??
