I scratched up the top box on a pan Euro. Was told refinishing would cost more than a new top box. They ended up buying a new topbox which had to be refinished anyway...this after I asked them to have it taken to a Paint and body shop to be refinished. Also found a new topbox for 1/2 the cost of what they kept from my deposit.
I also asked for the damaged top box and did not get it.
Refused to communicate with me after leaving the country for home
I know I owe for the damage, but I am not sure the bike part was replaced or if it was refinished and they just charged me and pocketed the money
I would not suggest this place to anyone I know after such treatment
